We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. This policy outlines how refunds are handled to ensure fairness and transparency.
Travelforms.org is a private, independent company operated by Kliki OÜ (Reg. No. 16584049, Estonia). We are not affiliated with any government or embassy, and we do not issue visas. Our services assist travelers in completing travel applications.
1. Right to Request a Refund
You may request a refund within 14 days of placing your order.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@travelforms.org using the same email address you used when ordering.
Under EU consumer protection law, you have a right to withdraw from most online purchases within 14 days.
However, this right does not apply once a digital service has been fully performed (for example, when we have already processed and submitted your eVisa or travel form application), provided you gave your prior consent for the service to begin.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are evaluated under the following conditions:
- If your application has not yet been processed: You are eligible for a full refund upon request.
- If your application has been processed or submitted: Refunds are not available because the service has already been completed.
- If you have not received the service due to an error on our part: We will complete the service at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
- If the delay or failure was due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you: The order will not qualify for a refund.
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion if only part of the service has been completed.
3. Refund Process
Submit your refund request via email or contact form
We will review your request and reply with a confirmation or explanation within 3 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:
- The service has already been completed and delivered as described.
- Delays or issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
- Cancellations requested after the service has been finalized or submitted to the relevant authority.
Even in these cases, our support team will work with you to find a solution, such as document corrections or re-submissions at no extra cost when possible.
5. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy as needed to reflect business or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
