TravelForms.org is operated by Kliki OÜ (Company Registration No: 16584049, Estonia), a private, independent company.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by any government, embassy, or official authority.
We provide assistance with completing and submitting electronic visa (eVisa) and travel-document forms.
All visa decisions are made solely by the respective government authorities.

1. About Our Service

Purpose: We provide guidance and form-assistance services for eVisa and travel-document applications.
Independent Service: We do not issue visas, guarantee approval, or influence decisions made by official authorities.

Fees:

• Our service fee is USD 39 per application, exclusive of any government or consular fees.
• Government fees vary by country

2. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information. False or incomplete data may cause rejection or delays.
• Verify details. You must check that your travel documents and application details are correct upon receipt.
• Ensure document validity. Passports and supporting materials must meet all issuing-country requirements.
• Comply with all laws. You are responsible for following the regulations of your destination country and any transit points.

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Provide a valid payment method and accept our fee structure.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

Payments:

• Fees are payable in full when you submit your application.
• All payments are securely processed via third-party payment providers.

Government Fees:

• Any mandatory government fees are not included in our service charge and must be paid directly to the relevant authority.

Refunds:
Refunds are available only when:

• The application has not yet been processed, or
• A processing error was made by us.

Refunds are not issued if:

• The application has been submitted to the government, or
• It is rejected by the issuing authority.
